 Emergency Services
For weekend emergency coverage, our practice partners with
five other local dentists to form a call group. For emergency
situations, one of the dentists in the call group will treat
established patients for problems such as swelling, pain or
broken teeth.
- For emergency support on weekends, call our office at 919.859.4500 to get in touch with the dentist on call.
- For severe trauma or life-threatening emergencies, call
911.
Payment
We will always inform you of any treatment you will be receiving
and the fees associated with that treatment. We offer
several options so you can choose the payment solution that
is best for you. We accept:
- Cash or personal checks
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover)
- Care Credit (financing option for dental care at competitive
interest rate)
 Insurance
Many patients in our practice are covered under some type of
dental insurance policy. Please provide us with your current
insurance information at your first visit and at subsequent
appointments.
We accept most standard indemnity plans and PPOs. As a courtesy
to our patients, we will file your dental claim for you. You
are responsible for co-payments, deductibles and any portion
of the cost that is not covered by your insurance plan. Your
estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.
We are happy to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits
whenever possible. However, policies vary greatly—and we can
only estimate your coverage in good faith. As a courtesy to
you, we bill your insurance company and allow the insurer 45
days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible
for the entire balance.
